Hi, I'm Laylani Colibri Jack — you may have known me previously as Laura Jack.
For more than two decades I've been devoted to helping high-achieving professionals navigate grief, transitions, and the emotional weight that comes with showing up for others every day. What began with the loss of my mother grew into a calling: to help people move from exhausted and drained to truly alive — with clarity, courage, and compassion.
Today, through The LIGHT Method™ and my book The Compassion Code, I help professionals let go of what they're carrying so they can reconnect with their work and show up fully for the people they love.
Many of these blog posts were originally published under my former name and older websites (laurajack.com and thecompassioncodeacademy.com). You may still see those graphics here — think of them as snapshots of the journey that led me to this beautiful chapter as Laylani.
I'm so glad you're here. May these words help you feel less drained and more rich.
